Effective from January 1st, 2022, the following Terms & Conditions are applicable to Casino Lucky Days. Prior to using the website, Lucky Days Casino urge users to carefully read and understand these Terms & Conditions. The website is owned and operated by Raging Rhino NV, Reg No. 148106, with its registered address at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curacao. The casino is licensed by the Government of Curacao under license 365/JAZ, sub-license GLH-OCCHKTW0710292018 to conduct online gaming operations.

Player Eligibility

The website accepts players only from countries and regions where online gambling is legal. It is the players’ responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the website complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Player must confirm that gambling is not illegal in their place of residence. Any claims against the Company related to their illegal participation will be considered void. The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if they breach this policy.

Fees and Taxes

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

Liability Disclaimer

In the unlikely event of a wager confirmation or payment error made by the Company, the Company reserves the right to cancel any wagers accepted with such errors or rectify the mistake by settling the wagers at the correct terms that should have been in place at the time of wager placement, without the error. 

If winnings are mistakenly credited to the player’s account and do not belong to them, whether due to technical issues, errors in paytables, human error, or other factors, the amount will remain the property of the Company and will be deducted from the player’s account. If the player has withdrawn funds that do not belong to them before the error is discovered, the mistakenly paid amount will be considered a debt owed by the player to the Company. In the event of an incorrect crediting, it is the player’s obligation to immediately notify the Company via email. 

The Casino, including its directors, employees, partners, and service providers: 

– Do not guarantee that the software or the website is suitable for their intended purpose. 

– Do not guarantee that the software and website are free from errors. 

– Do not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility to the website and/or games. 

They shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or other types of loss, costs, expenses, or damages arising from the player’s use of the website or participation in the games. 

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, including its directors, employees, partners, and service providers, from any costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims, and liabilities that may arise from your use of the website or participation in the games. 

You acknowledge that the Casino has the final authority to determine whether you have violated its Terms & Conditions in a way that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participating in the website. 

Use of Player’s Account 

Each player is allowed to create only one personal user account. Creating multiple user accounts may result in the termination of those accounts and the suspension of all payouts. The player should not share access to their user account or allow any third party, including minors, to use the website. Any returns, winnings, or bonuses obtained during the period when a Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by the Company, and players are obligated to return any funds withdrawn from the Duplicate Account upon request. 

Players’ funds are held separately in a segregated account and are not mixed with the company’s funds. 

You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or pledge your account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any valuable assets, including but not limited to account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and claims associated with these assets, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. This prohibition also applies to encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, gifting, or any other form of cooperation with a fiduciary or any third party, company, individual, foundation, or association. 

Anti-Fraud Policy 

The Company maintains a stringent anti-fraud policy. If a player is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: 

– Collaborating with other players in any form of collusion. 

– Developing strategies aimed at dishonestly winning. 

– Committing fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers. 

– Initiating chargeback procedures with a credit card or denying payments. 

– Employing other forms of cheating. 

– Being known to have declared bankruptcy in their country of residence. 

– Providing false information during registration. 

In such cases, the Company reserves the right to terminate the player’s account and suspend all payouts. The decision rests solely with the Company, and the player will be notified via phone or email based on the contact details provided during registration. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to inform relevant regulatory bodies about the fraudulent actions performed by the player. 

The casino administration also reserves the right to contact players as part of the verification process. The account will not be verified, and winnings will not be processed until a conversation with the manager takes place (the call will be made using the phone number provided in the player’s account). If the phone number is invalid or missing, which may indicate potential fraud, the casino reserves the right to terminate the account and confiscate the winnings. Failure to complete the verification procedure within two weeks will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of the winnings, with no possibility of re-admittance to the Casino and permanent forfeiture of remaining funds. These measures aim to reduce fraudulent activities and prevent negative practices in the future. 

If a player is found to have duplicate accounts with bonuses, the same ID, or multiple accounts using the same browser or playing scheme, the casino reserves the right to terminate such accounts and withhold the winnings. If a customer uses registration free spins while their country differs from the IP address, the casino administration reserves the right to terminate such accounts and withhold the winnings to prevent negative practices in the future. If a customer or group of customers are suspected of exploiting casino offers for the purpose of abusing promotions, LuckyDays reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings. 

Abuse of promotions includes, but is not limited to: 

– Placing maximum allowed bets on high variance games to increase the balance. 

– Decreasing the stake after a significant win and switching to a low variance game. 

– Having a customer bonus ratio (deposits/bonuses) exceeding 50%. 

– Engaging in any other actions that may harm the Casino. 

The Casino maintains a zero tolerance policy towards advantage play. Any player attempting to take advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that the Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings resulting from such bonuses. This includes, but is not limited to: 

– Use of stolen cards. 

– Chargebacks. 

– Creating multiple accounts to exploit casino promotions. 

– Providing incorrect registration data. 

– Engaging in any other actions that may harm the Casino. 

The Casino reserves the right to close a player’s account and refund the account balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at the Casino’s discretion, exercised reasonably. The Casino also reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be pursued against any user or individuals who have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the casino system. The Casino also reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events offered on the website. 

If you become aware of any potential errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree not to exploit them. Furthermore, you agree to report any errors or incompleteness to the Casino immediately. Failure to fulfill these obligations gives the Casino the right to seek full compensation for all costs associated with the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in relation to the respective error.

Deposits must be made solely from a bank account, VISA/MasterCard bank cards, Skrill/NETELLER payment systems, or other registered payment methods in your name. In the event that we detect a violation of this condition during security checks, your winnings will be confiscated, and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. Withdrawal/Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth withdrawal process, we have established the following guidelines. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20/€20 or the equivalent in any of our supported currencies. The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the chosen payment method. If your requested withdrawal amount exceeds the limit set by a specific payment system, it will be processed in multiple installments. While we strive to process withdrawals promptly, please be aware that certain payment options may take up to 5 banking days to complete the withdrawal request. 

If you initially deposited funds using a credit or debit card and your withdrawal amount is equal to or less than the deposited amount, we reserve the right to refund the withdrawal to the same card. However, if the withdrawal amount exceeds the deposited amount, the excess will be paid using alternative payment methods. As part of our commitment to security, we may verify your identity before processing payouts and hold withdrawals temporarily for identity verification purposes. If false personal data is provided, the withdrawal may be declined, and your player account may be terminated. You will receive an email notification regarding such actions. 

Please note that in certain supported countries, we cannot guarantee successful credit card payment processing in every case, as issuing banks may block or reject transactions at their discretion. Additionally, withdrawals can only be processed using the same payment method used to fund your player balance. If the payment method is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative methods will be offered. 

The company reserves the right to verify a player’s identity before processing withdrawals and to hold withdrawals during the identity verification process. In cases where players provide false personal data, withdrawals may be refused, and user accounts may be terminated. Notifications regarding such actions will be sent via email. In some instances, the company may require live video verification (e.g., via Skype) to verify a player’s identity. The maximum withdrawal amounts processed for a player are as follows: 4,000 €/$ or the equivalent in other currencies per day, 16,000 €/$ or the equivalent per week, and 50,000 €/$ or the equivalent per month, unless otherwise stated in the promotional Terms & Conditions. Exceptions may be made for players with a higher VIP status. Progressive jackpot wins will be paid out in full. 

For players with an active self-exclusion period, the maximum withdrawal limits are as follows: 4,000 €/$ or the equivalent per day, 16,000 €/$ or the equivalent per week, and 50,000 €/$ or the equivalent per month. These limits also apply to inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if it has not been used for making deposits, playing or placing bets, or if it remains inactive due to other reasons for a duration of one month. Lastly, please note that the casino is not a financial institution. Therefore, your account does not accrue interest, and we do not provide conversion or exchange services at any time. 

Dormant Accounts

We understand that circumstances may arise where your account becomes inactive. To ensure transparency and provide an opportunity to reactivate your account, we have implemented the following policy. If your account remains inactive, meaning no gameplay, transactions, valid withdrawals, or deposits, for a continuous period of 12 months, it will be classified as ‘dormant.’ 

To maintain the dormant account, an administrative fee of a maximum of 5 €/$ or the equivalent in other currencies will be deducted from your account each month. We will notify you via email, at your registered email address, at least thirty (30) days prior to initiating the first deduction. You can review these deductions in the Cashier section under “History.” Please note that once the deductions commence, they will continue until you reactivate your account. However, any administrative fees already deducted will not be reimbursed. 

To reactivate your account, you simply need to engage in activity such as placing wagers, making transactions (including valid withdrawals or deposits), or any other eligible account activity. By doing so, you can restore your account to an active status. Furthermore, you are free to withdraw any funds held in your account at any time, provided you are eligible to do so and the funds are available. 

We value your engagement and encourage you to keep your account active. However, we also understand that circumstances may arise that lead to inactivity. By implementing this dormant account policy, we aim to maintain a fair and transparent system while ensuring the security of your account.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions and campaigns offered by LuckyDays. They are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. Each promotion will have specific terms outlined within the offer itself. 

To start playing with a bonus, your Real Money balance must be depleted. If you withdraw Real Money before completing the bonus wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited. 

While a bonus is active or pending wagering, the maximum bet allowed is 5€/$ or the equivalent in your currency. This includes Bonus Buy features, where the total purchase cost is considered. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the loss of your winnings. 

Each bonus is valid for one account/household/IP address unless stated otherwise. Unless specified, a minimum deposit of 20 €/$ or the equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 20 €/$ or the equivalent in gameplay, to qualify for a Deposit Bonus. 

Bonus funds will expire 30 days after being awarded, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer. Free spins are game-specific and cannot be transferred. Any unclaimed free spins will be forfeited after 7 days, unless otherwise specified. 

For Deposit Bonuses that include free spins as a reward, the free spins will be credited after wagering a minimum of 20 €/$ or the equivalent on slots in the Casino, unless otherwise stated. Free spins without a deposit requirement are available only if you have made at least one deposit within a specified period of time. 

Engaging in any activity that seeks to take unfair advantage of a bonus is prohibited. LuckyDays reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the availability of any promotion, void any wagers funded by the bonus, and confiscate any associated winnings. 

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus is being claimed by the same person multiple times or by a group of individuals acting together, we may withdraw the availability of any bonus to that customer or group, void any wagers funded by the bonus, and remove any winnings from such wagers. 

Delaying gameplay or manipulating bonus functionality to meet wagering requirements, deposit new funds, or forfeit an active bonus is strictly prohibited. 

Wagering Requirements

If you are eligible for a bonus (e.g., a login bonus of 10$/€ or a deposit bonus of 100% up to a certain amount), wagering requirements must be met before you can make any withdrawals. 

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement of at least x40. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 40 times before any potential winnings can be converted into Real Money. 

Within the Cashier section, you can track your wagering progress and see how much remains to be wagered before your winnings become Real Money. 

When claiming a casino bonus, any available Cash Balance in your Player Account will be used for wagering first. Bonus funds are utilized when your Cash Balance reaches zero or is insufficient to meet the stake. 

All winnings from free spins are considered bonus money and must be wagered 40 times on slots before withdrawal is possible. Winnings will be converted to Real Money only after meeting the bonus wagering requirements, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
